Privacy

A practical, plain-language privacy summary.

Ensphere is a business website. The forms on this site exist so organizations can start a conversation with us. This page explains what those forms collect, why, and what you should not send.

What the forms may collect

When you use the contact form or request the briefing kit, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as:

  • Your name and work email address
  • Company name and your role
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Timeline and the areas of security pressure you select
  • Any message or context you write in the form
Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule a discovery call, and deliver materials you request, such as the briefing kit. It supports business communication between you and Ensphere. Nothing more.

Do not submit sensitive information

These forms are for business inquiries only. Please do not submit:

  • Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
  • Export-controlled data (for example, ITAR or EAR material)
  • Passwords, credentials, or access keys
  • System diagrams or detailed architecture information
  • Security incident details
  • Other sensitive customer, system, or confidential business information

If sharing sensitive information becomes necessary, we will arrange a secure handling method first.

How we use and share it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use unnecessary tracking or advertising trackers. We share what you submit only with the limited service providers needed to operate the site and respond to you (for example, an email delivery provider), and only for that purpose.
